Spanish Minister  for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge of Spain Teresa Ribera caused a furore at a climate change conference when she pedaled a bicycle to the venue of the conference.Closely following were fuel powered cars accompanied by her camera men and security personnel . About 100 meters away from the venue  of the conference she alighted from her limousine and removed a bicycle from the boot of the car. Her escapade is being dubbed as a publicity stunt which got exposed. The intriguing part of the drama is whether it’s a symbolic victory for climate change or fossil fuel.
